MB-104 Passive

The MB-104 Passive is a thermal break-equipped window & door system that provides the highest thermal insulation performance, and meets all the requirements for passive building components.
The system is used to fabricate exterior architectural development elements, e.g. various types of windows, doors, vestibules, and spatial structures, which are characterized, in addition to the excellent thermal insulation, by a very good sound insulation, water- and air tightness and high structural strength.
The MB-104 Passive system’s profile construction comes in two variants, depending on the requirements for thermal energy savings: SI and AERO.

MB-86N

The highly efficient MB-86N window and door system makes it possible to satisfy the diverse needs of users. There are two versions of the profiles, the ST and the SI, which are designed to meet different thermal energy efficiency requirements. The system provides superb performance parameters.
Another advantage of the MB-86N is the high durability of the profiles, which make it possible to produce large-scale and heavy structures. Several versions are available. The MB-86US is a window with a concealed vent. The MB-86 Casement provides an outward-opening window with a thermal break. The MB-86B has been developed to meet the requirements of the Belgian market.

MB-86 EI

The MB-86EI is a system of thermally insulated, fire-rated windows, doors and partitions. It is designed to be used for building external fire compartments fitted with operable windows and doors and fixed partitions with a primary fire-rating of EI30, EW30 and EI15, in line with the PN-EN 13501-2 standard. The structure is based on our MB-86 system, meaning that it features high thermal and acoustic insulation, along with excellent water- and airtight parameters.
As such, it combines the advantages of a classic window and door system with the properties of fire compartments in terms of its thermal properties, durability and production technology. The construction not only fulfils all the requirements of the regulations in force and the standards for energy efficiency and environmental protection, but also ensures proper fire safety provision. The system is classified as ‘no fire spread’ (NRO).

  • The profile is a triple-glazed structure, with the central section constituting an insulation area set between thermal breaks of 43 or 42 mm
  • The system provides fire insulation elements inside the aluminum profiles, and custom-designed accessories and materials which operate in the space between the profiles and the glass

MB-86 Casement

The MB-86 Casement outward opening window system with a thermal break forms a part of the MB-86 system designed to execute elements of architectural external development, e.g. different types of fixed and outward-opening windows, porch enclosures, shop windows and spatial structures featuring high thermal and sound insulation performance, as well as tightness to water and air infiltration.
The system meets all the requirements in respect of energy efficiency and environmental protection. The parameters of windows based on the MB-86 Casement system exceed the most stringent applicable regulations and standards.

  • The constructional depth of window profiles equals: 77 mm (window frame), 86 mm (sash). Such depths of sash and frame profiles give the effect of unbroken surface seen from the inside after closing.
  • The profiles used in the system feature three-chamber construction, the core of which is an insulating chamber placed between thermal spacers 43 and 42 mm wide.
  • The system makes it possible to achieve high thermal insulation thanks to the use of EPS insulating inserts, which are placed in the central chamber of the composite section.
  • High tightness to water penetration and air infiltration, as well as excellent thermal insulation performance have been possible to achieve due to the special shape of 2-component central gasket (with cellular insulating part) as well as glazing and closing gaskets.
  • The technology of fabrication of the construction is simplified as much as possible, hence high time efficiency is achieved in window fabrication

Panel Doors

Our offer includes panel doors based on the MB-86 system. It is a very visually attractive and, at the same time, technologically advanced product, which due to its design solutions and the rich diversity of colours for door fill, it can be, not only the functional and durable entrance into your home, but also its mark and decoration.
It is available in four versions: ST, SI, SI+ and AERO. On account of their technical parameters, panel doors are a perfect solution for improving the energy efficiency of buildings. They also provide the innovative ability to mount the panel in the structure using a double-sided tape.

MB-79N

The MB-79N is a state-of-the art and economical addition to the Aluprof window & door systems. It has been designed to outperform typical thermal insulation requirements. The MB-79N series can be used to fabricate fixed, side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn, and hopper-and-slide windows, as well as single and double exterior doors, and storefront solutions complete with doors.
In addition to the economical version MB-79N E, featuring a one-component central seal, and the MB-79N ST version with a two-component central seal, Aluprof also offers the MB-79N SI variant with enhanced thermal insulation, and with profiles that come equipped with insulating inserts and a two-component central seal. For external doors, Aluprof also offers the MB-79N SI+ variant that comes with a central seal and insulating inserts inside the profiles.

MB-79N Us

The ALUPROF MB-79N US is a solution which is cost-effective and functional, while meeting every technical requirement. The system is used to build windows featuring sashes that are invisible from the outside. In a row of adjacent fixed and operable windows, it is impossible to distinguish between the two types. The result is an elevation where the windows present a uniform view, irrespective of their function.
The MB-79N US system is a finely tuned solution. Two versions of the rebate are available; the A-type frame partially covers the sash, while the B-type frame covers it completely in an ideal imitation of a fixed window. The external surfaces of the glass fitted to the operable and fixed windows lie on the same plane. A custom-designed adaptation profile means that frames and crosspieces from the basic MB-79N system can be used for the concealed sash windows.

  • The structural depth of the profiles is 70 mm for the frame and 79 mm for the sash
  • The profiles are designed for triple-glazing, with the central section serving as insulation between thermal breaks that are 33.5 or 36 mm wide

MB-79N Casement

The MB-79N Casement is an outward-opening window system which features a thermal break and is used to create external architectural elements such as various types of windows, lobbies, shop windows and spatial structures providing excellent thermal and acoustic performance, along with first-class air- and watertightness. It meets every requirement for energy efficient and environmental protection.
Three variants of the aluminium profiles are available, with different technical parameters suiting various different needs. The E variant is the basic version, the ST variant offers a two-component central gasket and the SI variant features additional insulating inserts between the thermal breaks. Thanks to the wide range of profiles and their rigidity, the system makes it possible to produce large-scale, heavy structures. It also features superb kinematics, meaning that very small windows can be made as and when required.

  • The profiles are designed for triple glazing, with the central section serving as insulation between thermal breaks that are 36 and 35 mm wide
  • The system makes it possible to achieve a high thermal performance through the use of EPS insulating inserts fitted in the central section of the glazing unit profile.
  • The excellent kinematics of the window ensure that operable structures with a vent size starting at 270 mm will operate correctly
  • The system also offers solutions for balcony doors with a comfortable, low threshold and for frames used in renovation projects
  • Glazing unit profiles can be powder coated and anodised

MB-70

MB-70 is a modern aluminium system intended for realizations of exterior architectural building elements requiring thermal and acoustic insulation, such as: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows or spatial structures.
The system profiles have a three-chamber structure. The structural depth of the window sections is equal to 70 mm (frames) and 79 mm (casement), and for doors: 70 mm and 70 mm respectively. Such assumed depths of casement and frame sections give the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing – in the case of the window, and the facing effect to the surface of casement and frames – in the case of doors.

  • The MB-70 system is characterized by a very low value of the overall heat-transfer coefficient Uf, thanks to application of the thermal breaks and gaskets.
  • The MB-70 system forms the basis for solutions featuring enhanced thermal insulation performance, such as: MB-70HI, MB-70US HI and for a curtain wall based on MB-70CW HI windows.
  • The system allows application of sets of glass panel of the thickness equal from 21 mm to 57 mm in window casements, and from 12 mm to 48 mm in fixed windows and door leafs. Such a wide thickness range of infill guarantees the possibility to apply all typical and untypical glass panels.

MB-70 Hi

As a response to ever growing demand for building products featuring high insulation performance there have been designed door and window systems with a thermal barrier MB-70HI, MB-70US HI and a curtain wall based on the MB-70CW HI windows. Their construction is based on well-proven, well developed and highly appreciated base systems, i.e. MB-70, MB-70US i MB-70CW.
The thermal insulation performance of frames of this system is considerably higher than the insulation performance of base systems. The value of heat transfer coefficient Uf for constructions of the MB-70HI system – depending on the applied profiles and accessories – ranges between 1.0 and 2.3 W/(m2K).

MB-60

MB-60 is a modern aluminium system intended for realizations of exterior architectural building elements requiring thermal and acoustic insulation, such as: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows or spatial structures.
The system profiles have a three-chamber structure. The structural depth of the window sections is equal to 60 mm (frames) and 69 mm (casements), and for doors 60 mm and 60 mm, respectively. Such assumed depths of casement and frame sections give the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing – in the case of the window, and the facing effect to the surfaces of casement and the frames – in the case of doors. Shape of the profiles allows achieving slender and resistant window and door structures.
The MB-60 system is characterised by a low value of the overall heat-transfer coefficient U, thanks to application of the thermal breaks and gaskets. This system profiles meet the thermal requirements for the material group 2.1 in the case of windows, and 2.2 in the case of doors according to DIN 4108.

MB-60 Hi

In response to the ever-growing demand for building products with a high thermal insulation value, the MB-60HI, MB-60US HI, MB-60E HI and MB-60EF HI window systems with a thermal barrier have been developed. Their construction is based on the proven and tested, expanded and valued base MB-60, MB-60US, MB-60E and MB-60EF systems.
Visualisation For the constructions of the MB-60HI system, the overall heat-transfer coefficient Uf amounts to from 1.48 W/(m2K) depending upon the profiles and accessories used.
Thermal insulation is improved by placing special inserts in the central chambers of aluminium profiles. Owing to a low value of the heat-transfer coefficient, the inserts reduce heat transfer through the construction. The central location of the inserts also reduces heat transfer by convection and thermal radiation.

MB-Slimline

Highly insulated, MB-Slimline window system with thermal break is intended for fabrication of external structure elements such as various types of highly resistant, inward-openable windows (side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn windows) and fixe windows of an excellent water resistance, air tightness, and sound insulation performance.
With its very small-width aluminium profiles, visible from the external side of the construction, MB-Slimline enables to fabricate casements in two variants – with visible or invisible profiles (SG) from the external side of the structure.

  • High resistance to water & air infiltration plus an excellent thermal insulation can be obtained thanks to the special shape of the central gasket
  • Good thermal insulation Uw from 0,8 W/(m2K)

MB-Ferroline

Window system with thermal break MB-FERROLINE is perfectly suitable for renovation of historic buildings and helps to preserve the appropriate appearance of windows, which can imitate steel joinery, whilst ensuring very good technical performance of the construction.
The system enables the fabrication of various types of highly resistant, inward opening windows (side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn windows), outward opening windows (side-hung and top hung windows) and fixed windows of an excellent water resistance, air tightness, and sound insulation performance.

MB-78 Ei

The MB-78EI fire partition system is intended for producing internal or external fire partition walls with single- or double-leaf doors with a fire resistance class of EI 15, EI 30, EI 45 or EI 60, according to the PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2010 norm. To a great extent, it is compatible with the standard window/door systems of ALUPROF S.A.: MB-45, MB-60 and MB-70 (they have common sections, details, hardware, treatment processes, etc).
The structure of the MB-78 EI system is based on thermally-insulated aluminium profiles. The construction depth of the sections is equal to 78 mm. The profiles are characterized by a low overall heat transfer coefficient Uf, which results, in part, thanks to the use of special profiled thermal breaks of the width of 34 mm.
The system enables the application of all types of fire-resistant glass panels of appropriate class (infill thickness from 6 to 49.5 mm). With this system, the smoke-proof structures in several production versions are also available.

MB-45

MB-45 is a modern aluminium system intended for designing elements of architectural exterior and interior enclosures that do not require thermal insulation, e.g. various types of partition walls, windows, manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, display windows, ticket box offices, showcases and spatial structures.
A very significant quality of the MB-45 system is the possibility to bend the profiles, such as: frames, casements and lacings, what allows creating various types of arches and arch structures.
The tightness is assured thanks to application of special gaskets made of EPDM synthetic rubber, which guarantee the resistance to aging during long-lasting exploitation.

MB-80 Office

This internal partition double-glass walling system is designed to fabricate internal partitions in offices and other public facilities. The system enables the use of different types of infills, transparent or obscure, with internal louvers and electrical components and office equipment.
These walls are especially suitable in buildings where a high sound insulation is required. The basic feature of this construction is its versatility in arranging office space, combined with the simplicity of execution of all the works on site.

MB-Glass Barrier

MB-GLASS BARRIER-based external balustrades are used on upper floors with opening French doors or floor to ceiling full high windows as a safety element to prevent from falling. Additionally can also help to reduce noise coming from the outside. When attached to aluminium windows, they can perfectly fit their colour.
The system enables the fabrication of various types of highly resistant, inward opening windows (side-hung, hopper, tilt-and-turn windows), outward opening windows (side-hung and top hung windows) and fixed windows of an excellent water resistance, air tightness, and sound insulation performance.
